Thanks to the media, couples owning mash-up names is now very common in Hollywood. But, do you know where this trend began? It started with none other than Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez.
The high profile item were bestowed the moniker “Bennifer” by meshing their first names “Ben” and “Jennifer”. They were the very first pair to possess a mash-up name though their engagement was broken off and did not last long. Other celeb mashup names inspired by Bennifer include “Brangelina” (Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie), and “Kimye” (Kim Kardashian and Kanye West).
