Get this – Jennifer Lopez was not even the first person to don the infamous Versace dress to a red carpet event! One month ahead of the Grammys, Geri Halliwell (of the Spice Girls) wore it in France to the NRJ Music Awards, where she received very little attention for it.
“It was a nice dress,” Jennifer later spoke, admitting she was shocked by the media coverage. “I had no idea it was going to become such a big deal.”
