In season 2, episode 17, Barney claims that he doesn’t like driving Marshall’s car, specifically the Fiero. We then get to see a flashback where Ted is trying to teach Barney how to drive in it, and it goes so badly everyone is left believing that Barney can’t drive.
However, there are a whole host of episodes afterwards that suggest Barney can drive. In season 4, episode 11, Barney drives Ted’s mom to the airport, and this flashback actually occurs before the ‘Fiero’ episode. There are three other episodes showing Barney driving.
