One of the more significant mistakes was the date of Barney and Robin’s wedding. In season 8, episode 13, Ted explains that the wedding date was May 25, 2013, making that a Saturday wedding. However, fast forward to season 9, episode 1, and we have a discrepancy.
The episode starts up titled ‘Friday, 11am, 55 hours before the wedding’. This would then conclude that the wedding is actually on Sunday, May 26. This is the date they then stuck to after that.
