Highly disappointed at the salon’s cowardly decision not to fix the problem they had created, Jessica decided to give another salon a try. She wanted to make her hair right again. However, the other salon she went to was extremely shocked at the health of her hair. They couldn’t believe the state it was in and disgusted by how it had been treated.
Unconvinced on how they were going to fix the problem, they unfortunately turned her away, not wanting the responsibility of trying to recover the damage that had already been done. They weren’t sure what the salon had done to her hair, so they suggested it would be best if she goes back to the original salon and demand they themselves solve the problem.
