As everyone knows, bleaching hair is a risky task. Over-bleaching it too often can cause serious damage. Despite these concerns, Jessica insisted this level of damage had never occurred before. She bleached her hair like this for 13 years.
Not once had it ever turned out this bad. Her hair had remained in the same good condition for 13 years with dying it every six weeks, but it wasn’t until she changed salon that this happened. It was certainly the salon’s fault, and she would do everything in her power to prove this.
