The parents of the little girl were so upset, especially as it didn’t seem to be an innocent game. They requested that the school did something about it, as they were not satisfied with the punishment that had already occurred.
They discovered it wasn’t the first time this little boy had upset or picked on this little girl. He had actually thrown things at her in the past and even pulled her hair. So it was clear that this little boy had not done this as an accident or joint game.
