If the couple welcomes a son into their brood, they need to enforce the rule that he cannot wear pants until he is old enough. As a child, he must always wear shorts. On the other hand, if they welcome a girl into their home, they will need to make sure that their daughter doesn’t wear a tiara until her wedding day.
