Princess Diana and Prince Philip’s relationship wasn’t anything special. However, there is evidence that shows the Prince ‘pressured’ the young Charles to marry Diana. Allegedly, Philip wanted Charles to have a stable relationship rather than ‘flirting around.’
When Charles and Diana separated, it was reported that Philip wrote a letter directly to Diana regarding their marital issues. Supposedly, in the letter, it would have seemed that Philip was sympathizing with Diana, and he was even said to have mentioned that he can’t imagine how anyone could leave her for Camilla.
