Despite it being a long time ago since the deterioration of Prince Charles and Diana’s relationship, given that the Prince does tend to hold a grudge, it may be that he still blames Camilla for this. The Prince appears to hate when the Royal Family is humiliated, or when their reputation is threatened.
We can only begin to imagine how he feels about Camilla, despite it being many years later, but maybe one day they can build a relationship. Despite Camilla being in a good position with the Queen now, if Philip still holds a grudge against her, it would be difficult for the Queen to acknowledge her as her favorite.
