There are many parking spaces in this world that are designated for certain people. This could be because these people or companies buy the spots outright, or because they are used for emergencies. However, it seems as though some people conveniently ignore these signs and decide to park there anyway.
The person who owns this car probably wasn’t expecting their parking exploits to result in a surprise party, but that’s exactly what happened. We’re not quite sure how they managed to get balloons in a locked car, but this shows the lengths some people will go to seek revenge.
