Many people try to avoid parking charges by finding little side streets. Many of these are owned by businesses and companies that need to use this area on a regular basis. That’s because these areas normally house their dumpsters and their storage areas.
When the owner of this car decided to try their luck in this space, they had no idea that the people who worked in the company nearby would be needing to use it. In fact, they needed it to take out the trash, so they did so right on the car!
