Normally, if someone has parked in an inconvenient way, it’s not possible for you to move the vehicle yourself – hence all the angry notes on windscreens. However, if the car in question is a smart car, that changes things a little.
The people annoyed by this car taking up two spaces were in luck, because with elbow grease and pushing, they were able to tip the car onto its side and into one space. Not great for the driver, but they can just give it a light nudge to right it.
