If you’re unsure whether or not you can park somewhere, check to see if anyone else has parked there. If a place can be legally parked in, people will inevitably be parked there – and by that logic, if you don’t see anyone there, it’s probably not okay.
This driver decided to ignore all the signs, parking in a place where they clearly shouldn’t be – and promptly paying the price for it. If they didn’t know before, being trapped by dumpsters literally displaying the message should get it across.
