When you were younger, did your mom ever try to cut your hair using a bowl and some scissors? There was a time when this method was popular, and many children ran around rocking bowl cuts. We’re not sure if this woman is yearning for those simpler times or what, but she seems to have taken inspiration from that look.
Unfortunately, whoever was cutting her hair got bored halfway through. They seemingly gave up while trimming her fringe, leaving one half of her hair distinctly shorter than the other.
