For many years no one knew Patrick and Jennifer experienced a lot of tension on the set of Dirty Dancing (and not the kind they portrayed on camera). But in Swayze’s memoir The Time Of My Life, he suddenly spilled the beans.
He admitted to having moments of friction, mostly due to Jennifer bursting into tears at the slightest critical word. Other times she would constantly break and start laughing, forcing them to do scenes countless times over. But once the movie was a wrap, it was all forgiven and forgotten.
