As anger over the dress code policy erupted, school officials tried to defend their actions. Shahe Bagdasarian, the principal at Glenbard East High School, released a statement that claimed people didn’t have all the facts.
He stated that everyone posting information about the incident on social media wasn’t clued in on everything, although he didn’t elaborate on what that meant. The man also said that the school applies the dress code to boys and girls, despite what some of the students were saying. Is that really the case, though?
