One of the things that enraged Chloe and plenty of other people was the suggestion that her outfit was distracting the male students. She was told to change out of her top to stop boys from looking at her bare skin, something that seemed very backward to her.
If they were staring at her body, surely they were the ones who should be punished. Just because she had her shoulders out, that didn’t mean that she was a piece of meat for people to gawp at. It just made everything worse.
