Casey “Cici” Cooper is a student at the fictional Windsor College, and a member of the Omega Beta Zeta sorority. Like other characters in the Scream franchise, Cici is also a film buff, but unlike some of them, she does not believe that life imitates art.
In a discussion held in her film theory class, Cici takes a stand against her classmate Mickey Altieri. Later that day, Cici encounters Ghostface, an encounter in which her own life ends up imitating the art of horror.
