Another great Scream cameo is that of Heather Graham, who reprises Drew Barrymore’s role of Casey Becker. Graham’s Casey appears in Stab, the fictional film-within-a-film based on Gale Weathers’ book, The Woodsboro Murders.
Stab’s depiction of the events seen on the first few minutes of Scream is far more explicit than the original, poking fun at some of the genre’s tropes and cliches and paying homage the iconic psychological horror thriller by Alfred Hitchcock, Psycho.
