It’s not uncommon for children to pick up a pair of scissors and decide that they want to hack their locks off. Sometimes, it doesn’t matter how well you think you have hidden the scissors, the glitter, and the glue, they’re going to find a way of getting to them.
Not every kid does it, but when they do, there’s no knowing what’s going to happen. While some parents are upset that other people have cut their children’s hair, they may also have to look out for the child itself.
