The man’s wife was angry at him because she believed that her husband had had their daughter’s hair cut and didn’t tell her, or share the moment with her. Their daughter was 15 months old at the time.
What his wife didn’t realize is that he had no idea about what she was talking about. He hadn’t done anything to do with their daughter’s hair. He had picked her up from daycare, and that was that. It seemed he hadn’t noticed that there was something different about their daughter’s hair.
