This mom thought it was best to send a picture to the other mom, just so that she would be able to get used to the thought and prepare herself. The little girl’s mom demanded to know why her friend felt she had the right to cut her little girl’s hair without her permission.
The little girl had never had a haircut, so all of the hair she had, she had grown since she was a baby. Now, the girl’s mom would never see the three-year-old have her first haircut.
