Although they want as many pictures of the actor as they can take, Hoffman is more interested in making their lives incredibly difficult.
He has a habit of hiding behind whatever’s available to him, whether that be a mailbox or newspaper vendor. These things don’t usually obscure him completely, but they offer enough cover for him to wait out the photographers.
