Hiding behind masks is apparently a popular method for celebrities looking to conceal their identities. Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have done a similar thing before, when trying to avoid being snapped by the paparazzi.
The pair opted to celebrate Halloween early by donning two freakish face masks and walking down the sidewalk hand in hand. Obviously, this was a while ago now, given that the pair got divorced in 2011. However, we wouldn’t be surprised if these two continue to hide behind masks nowadays, albeit without each other.
