The restaurant Cohen made viral certainly must have learned their lesson by now, seeing as they had to delete their social media account and face such public criticism. However, many people question how something like this could have happened in the first place.
How could a well-established successful restaurant let such an inappropriate post get on their professional Facebook page to begin with, and why wasn’t the owner overlooking it? Especially considering how much of an impact social media presence can have, one would assume she would be more careful with what her employees share.
