While the details of how Cohen chooses his random stranger to take out to eat is a bit foggy, here he is with a couple who took him up on his offer. The three of them are sitting in the booth, and clearly have just enjoyed an amazing meal.
Cohen, as well as his special guests, are clearly very proud that they have paid their bill in quarters. Not only does this restaurant have another happy customer, but they also get to enjoy some nice publicity.
