After a year or two of courting back and forth, and sharing some wonderful memories together, the two of them finally decided to give their romance a shot. The year was 2004, and amid the tabloid speculation, Kensington Palace officially announced their relationship to the eagerly waiting world. They were young and in love, and after graduating, the pair stayed together while deciding to concentrate on the next stage in their lives – William joined the military and Kate joined her family’s party-planning business.
