An ex is an ex for a reason, but it seems as though some people just don’t get. When you’re in the process of breaking up with someone, they will almost always try and stop it from happening.
They will turn on the waterworks, they will beg you not to go through with it, and they will tell you that you’ll never find someone else like them. However, what these people don’t realize is that that’s the whole point. You’re breaking up with them because you don’t like who they are, so why would you want someone else like them?
