Celebrities usually spend a while in the makeup department before they get in front of a camera. However, they rarely take as long as John Lehr did when he filmed commercials for GEICO. That’s because the actor had to be transformed into a caveman as part of the auto insurance company’s big campaign.
According to the comedy actor, it apparently took three hours for him to look the part of the character. That’s far longer than he spent getting ready for shows like ‘Friends’ or ‘10 Items or Less.’
