The middle child of the Foster family, Karen Foster, was played by Angela Watson. Stuck up and self absorbed, her character is an aspiring model and not the most likeable.
Similarly to a number of actors from Step by Step, Watson started out in tv commercials and had won many singing and dancing awards before relocating in Los Angeles. She was first cast in ABC’s comedy, Davis Rules before landing her role in Step by Step.
