Kelly Packard guest starred in season two of Step by Step as a girl named Marcia. Kelly was a well known actress at the time, after playing April Giminski on the beach loving drama, Baywatch.
She started out on the tv series Living Dolls and continued playing roles on tv in shows such as The Wonder Years, and Blossom. Shortly after her episode on Step by Step, Kelly made an appearance on another hit 90’s series, Boy Meets World.
