What we find the most baffling about this is exactly why this person has chosen to park here. There must be plenty of places to park along this road that don’t block up the pedestrian footpath – but if we’ve learned anything here it’s that some people do not care.
Luckily, the person who wrote this note is an optimist, seeing an opportunity where so many others would see an inconvenience. We wonder if the thought of people sliding on the hood might magically motivate this person to move their car?
