One of the hardest places to find a good place to park is at the parking lot outside a grocery store. People can spend what feels like hours finding a spot, which makes it all the more galling when somebody turns out to have parked like a jerk.
This person has managed to provoke the ire of somebody with a lot of time on their hands, and has ended up trapped in the sacred circle of shopping carts as a result. They’re not going anywhere for a little while.
