Sometimes, somebody does such a bad job of parking that you just have to celebrate the achievement. When this person came across an atrocious parking job, they decided that they were going to make it clear to the driver just how well they’d done in the field of parking like a total fool.
We have to admire the dedication that this person put in, even going so far as to get a certificate printed up, so that the driver never forgets how good a job they did of being awful.
