[post_page_title]There until the end[/post_page_title]
A woman was at the end of her shift when someone was rushed into the hospital. It was the ‘70s, and safety gear wasn’t the law. So when someone got into a motorbike crash, things weren’t good. Apparently, he had been badly burned, and his ID was lost.
The hospital said to give the patient pain medication until they passed. The woman didn’t want them to pass on their own, so stayed past her shift and held his hand until he was gone. It wasn’t until she was home that the nurse discovered it was her neighbor.
