Nurses are usually used to seeing all kinds of accidents and injuries. One farmer in his 30s was admitted to hospital after he had fallen into some machinery and lost the bottom half of his body. However, he apparently didn’t want to be a burden.
He never lost consciousness until surgery and rarely asked for pain relief. To top it off, his wife would arrive every day to keep him company and would often bring everyone on the ward meals and treats.
