A nurse was busy in the emergency room when a girl came in with bright red eyes. She said they were very sore and had been for the last two days, but she had no idea why they were hurting so much.
The nurse put some dye in her eyes to take a closer look and noticed that she was wearing contact lenses. It turned out that she had brought some contacts to change the color of her eyes eight months ago – and hadn’t taken them out since.
