Sadly, some people are stuck for hours – or days – before they are found. One elderly lady was no exception. She fell at home and had been lying on her arms for a few days before anyone learned that she was there.
The nurse was tasked with helping to bandage the lacerations on her arm. However, she had been lying on it for so long that it had cut off the circulation. The patient’s arm ended up falling off in the nurse’s arm.
