Sometimes, it’s not the patients that make things difficult for nurses, but their families. This nurse sadly had to deal with both. The patient would complain about everything while her family questioned everything that the nurses were doing.
The nurse was asked to hook the patient up to an IV drip. However, her family didn’t understand why she couldn’t have Gatorade in her drip instead. No matter how many times the nurse explained why they still didn’t get it.
