Whoever claims that they are the first ones to have taken a selfie will have to probably fight it out with this Mom and son duo. One guy shared this picture of his own Dad sitting on his grandma’s lap as they took a selfie back in 1949.
These days, a shaky picture like this would have been deleted right away and space would be made for another attempt. Back in ’40s, though, they would have had to wait some time before getting to see their photo.
