When my dad was in high school, the drinking age was 18. In his senior year, the student government announced that the class fund had extra money. Instead of letting money go to waste, they decided to have a senior party. At the party, someone had the idea to use some of the funds for a few kegs. Why not? It was their senior year! What ensued was a mess of driving under the influence, passed out students, and the end of student funds being allowed to be used.
