I had a friend in high school, who I had been friends with since Kindergarten. But sometime during our senior year, she just got into sports and dropped me. Well, because I went to a small school, people started asking why we didn’t hang out anymore. Rather than tell the truth, she started lying about how I was bullying her and doing illegal substances. Everyone, even teachers, would approach me and ask if “everything was okay,” and I even lost some other friends who believed her.
