Despite all the negative opinions, Jessica knew in her heart how much of all of this had truly affected her. Her wardrobe was now full of hats that she wore out in public to cover up the damage.
Her self-esteem had plummeted to virtually nothing, and she felt as though no one honestly had any sympathy for her. No one understood how much this had harmed her mental health. Nonetheless, Jessica found the courage inside her to continue her fight.
