Considering the bowl hasn’t smashed into pieces, we’re assuming that what happened here was no accident. Someone intentionally turned the bowl upside down with the fish and water still inside. Obviously, it was impossible to do that without making a mess, hence the pool of water on the floor.
However, it seems this troublemaker managed to do the job without causing too much of a spillage. The question is, why did they do it in the first place? What exactly does this achieve? The bowl can’t stay upside down forever.
