Stephen was an absolute teen heartthrob when he first starred in reality TV series Laguna Beach way back in 2004. Since then, Stephen has decided to turn his attention to acting.
He has a rather impressive list of TV credits, most notably starring as Chase Adams in the hit drama One Tree Hill. His most recent appearance was in a TV movie called Everyone is Doing Great, that also starred his One Tree Hill castmate, James Lafferty.
