In today’s day and age, weddings have become huge expenses. In fact, the average wedding in the United States costs well over $30,000. When someone such as a step father agrees to foot such an expensive wedding bill, it is certainly a big commitment, and shows how much he cares about his step daughter.
When the bride and her mother refused to even show this step father a hint of gratitude and respect, he felt that it was no longer his responsibility to pay such a large sum.
