Even the biggest X-Men fans in the world were unimpressed with Apocalypse, and it seemed as though there were a few more problems than just casting. However, people were quick to point out that the talents of Oscar Isaac seemed wasted in this movie.
The costume design and thick layers of makeup all seemed to hinder Isaac, who is known for playing Poe Dameron in the latest Star Wars trilogy, and Nathan in Ex Machina. Luckily, this movie doesn’t seem to have impacted his career that much.
