Although Meghan appears to pull off almost anything, this one does seem to be a very questionable choice of attire that many people picked up on during their visit to Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in 2018.
The majority of people who commented on this visit were criticizing the fashion choice made by the Duchess on this public appearance. Meghan can really work anything she wants to with that smile, but this may be the one and only time we see this particular outfit worn.
