People don’t really like getting tickets – and for understandable reasons. For every blatant disregard for the law, there’s a hundred drivers who feel like they were only committing the slightest infraction, and are thus not deserving of being ticketed.
Those people are probably rubbing their hands together with glee at the sight of this parking enforcement officer’s vehicle being slapped with a ticket of the very same kind that they themselves dispense. If you’re gonna dispense the law, you have to follow it.
